Click on the links above and you will open the registration forms*. Choose to print them out. You will need one for each child who will be attending or helping and one for each adult volunteer.

Please bring your forms along with payment to the registration table in the foyer at the Church.

And remember to check out the food gifts table, maybe you can bring something we need.

NOTE: Please keep in mind 1st time volunteers may be subject to a background check.
